Mussar overlaps with the Yamas and Niyamas in many ways, especially as a pathway to awakening within ourselves the yearning for sacredness and spiritual connection in our diverse Jewish way of being. This session is an exploration of the ways in which Mussar and the Yamas and Niyamas serve as a beacon to the concept of Hineini ("Here I am") on a physical, emotional, energetic, mental, and spiritual level.
